Movie Review of Date Night

Date Night - 7/10
Directed by Shawn Levy
Cast - Steve Carrell,Tina Fey,Mark Wahlberg

Plot Summary
In New York City, a case of mistaken identity turns a bored married couple's attempt at a glamorous and romantic evening into something more thrilling and dangerous.

I had really low expectations for this movie.I seriously did not think that Steve Carrell and Tina Fey would have a good chemistry and probably most of their jokes would have fallen flat. But boy was I wrong. The movie was funny from the get go.Carrell and Fey have fantastic chemistry and their comedic timing is near perfect.I got to also admit all of Mark Wahlberg's scenes were fucking funny! you just can't stop laughing!
The script for Date Night is's simple, witty and of course funny as hell.Direction was also good. The acting was fantastic especially the 2 main actors.Storyline was pretty standard Hollywood material but the end product and delivery was good.
Totally recommend everyone to watch this movie. If it isn't in the cinemas anymore,Just get the DVD.It'll be worth it!

Phil Foster: He turned the gun sideways! That's a kill shot!

Phil Foster: ...And will you, for the love of God, put on a fucking shirt?
